How often do you capture?
At five build milestones by default. Builders on the Builder plan can add captures at any point — a pre-drywall walkthrough the week before insulation, for instance.
Do I need a headset?
No. Walkthroughs open in any browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. Drag to look around, tap to move between positions.
Who can see my walkthroughs?
Only people you share the link with. Nothing is public and nothing is indexed by search engines.
What happens after we close?
Your walkthroughs stay available. The rough-in capture is the one people come back to years later, when they need to know what's behind a wall before they cut into it.
What if my build runs long?
Milestones are events, not dates. We capture when the stage happens, however long the build takes.
